Below is a list of useful combinations, some of which worked in previous versions of Windows, while others appeared only in Windows 10. There is no sense to memorize all the options, and very few people can do it. Window and application management
Win + Left Arrow – press the application window to the left side of the screen.
Win + Right Arrow – press the application window to the right side of the screen.
Win + Up Arrow – the application window will expand to full screen. If it was previously pressed against one of the edges, it will be located in the upper quarter of the screen.
Win + Down Arrow – the active window will be minimized. If it was previously pressed against one of the edges, it will be located in the lower quarter of the screen.
Win + D – you can show the desktop by minimizing all windows, or return everything back.
Win + Shift + M – maximize all minimized windows.
Win + Home – all windows except the active one will be minimized. Pressing the key a second time will restore all windows.
Alt + Tab – a famous and popular combination that allows you to switch between running applications.
Alt + F4 – the active window will be closed.
Win + Shift + Left (or Right) Arrow – the active window will be moved to another monitor, if any.
Win + T – sequential search of taskbar icons. To launch the selected application, press “Enter”.
Win + 0 … 9 – launch from the taskbar of the application, the position of the icon of which corresponds to the entered number.

Win + E – Start Explorer – Windows file manager.
Ctrl + N – open a new window in Explorer.
Ctrl + mouse scroll wheel – change the presentation format of elements (table, icons, sketches, etc.)
Alt + up arrow – going up one level of the directory tree.
Alt + left arrow – viewing the previous folder.
Alt + right arrow – view the next folder.

Win + PrtScr – create a screenshot. It will be saved in your images folder.

Win + Alt + R – start or stop recording.
