Windows “switchers” often find an unpleasant detail – on Apple keyboards you cannot find the usual PC keys Page up (“Page up”) and Page down (“Page down”). There are no buttons – but, of course, there is a similar function. You can scroll through the page in one of two ways, we’ll tell you about them.

Fn + up / down arrow
Key fn (“Feature”) on modern Apple keyboards is located in the lower left corner. If you hold it down and then click on the up arrow, an open page (for example, in a browser) will rise up and scroll through the visible part of the screen alternately for each click – just like clicking on Page up.
To achieve Page down-effect is possible by the same principle. Pinch fn and click on the down arrow.
The method works on all Apple keyboards – both portable (for MacBook, Apple Wireless Keyboard), and full-sized (wired MB110 with a digital block). There are special keys on MB110 Page up and Page downbut combination fn + arrow will work there.
In case you need to instantly appear at the top or bottom of the page, use the keyboard shortcut fn + ← (left arrow) and fn + → (right arrow) respectively.

Space and Space + Shift (⇧)
To achieve functionality in the browser Page down very simple. Just click Space on the keyboard and the open page goes down.
Not everyone knows that a space (as well as another key) can cause an effect Page up. To do this in Safari, Chrome or Firefox, just hold down on the keyboard Shift (⇧) and click Space… You are welcome! 🙂
