How to view the specifications of MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook, iMac, Mac Pro, Mac Mini
1… Click on Apple menu (“Bull’s eye” ) in the upper left corner.
2… Select item About this Mac…
3… The page with the basic specifications of your computer appears (the Overview):
– the version of the operating system macOS (OS X);
– computer name and year of issue;
– processor (brand, number of gigahertz);
– memory (number of gigabytes of RAM, frequency, type). If you are going to add “RAM” to your Mac, here you will find the necessary information;
– graphics (video card);
– Mac serial number.

Monitors contains information about the connected displays;
Vault – allocation of hard disk space;
Memory (the tab is available only on Apple desktop computers: iMac, Mac Mini and Mac Pro) – the number of available slots for RAM, their characteristics and what is in them;
Support – help information on macOS;
Service – information about service and warranty.
