In the lower right corner of the window with commands there will be a menu with options cheat sheet (gear icon), in which you can set the time interval after which the program window will be called, as well as enable automatic launch of the application when macOS starts.

For the first run cheat sheet need to go to macOS settings and go to “Protection and safety», on the “Confidentiality” select the line “Universal access”.
