I must say that the username (login) and display name on Twitter are not the same thing. Username is the unique name of your account. It is it that is displayed in the URL of your profile and allows you to log in to your account, leave comments, reply to tweets and send private messages. More specifically, the username (login) is what follows the @ symbol. In turn, the display name is displayed in the profile directly below the username, and in the news feed to the left of it.
Sometimes we really want changes, so why not change your Twitter names, since the service provides such an opportunity. Do not worry, all your readers, tweets and private messages after changing your name will not go anywhere. The main thing is to let your friends know that from now on you are called differently. When inventing a new name, it’s best to choose a short and memorable pseudonym that your readers will associate with you, for example, as in our case – @yablyk.
